
Gina comes to the residential mortgage industry with over 20 years experience in the financial world, with proven skills in financial analysis, account management, and operations. This extensive experience affords her with a unique set of skills that extensively benefit her mortgage clients. Her approach is one of providing all the necessary information to the clients and “monetizing” the transaction along various options so that the client is better equipped when making a decision regarding price level and financing product.
Her dedication to her clients is proven out each time by the 100% referral business base—all her business is referred to her by former and existing clients as well as Realtors and title agents.
She continually develops more ways to help different clients in the process of selecting the right financing for their home. She can easily model financing options for the financing of primary homes, vacation homes, and investment properties. Whether it is Conventional Financing, FHA, VA, or Jumbo loans, Gina presents all applicable options to the client and guides them through the selection process.
She is also fully bilingual having studied in Spanish in schools abroad. This skill has been particularly helpful with the Hispanic first time homebuyers who gain a greater comfort level by having the mortgage information communicated in their native language.
Gina holds an Executive MBA from St. Mary’s College in California and Bachelors in Finance from Florida International University.
