Carroll has been a loan officer and manager with ViewPoint Bankers Mortgage since 1989, after having spent thirteen years in the savings and loan industry. Over this period of time, he has helped literally thousands of borrowers with their mortgage loan needs—both purchases and refinances. His clients include first time buyers and seasoned purchasers, individuals with outstanding credit histories and those with less than perfect credit and buyers newly relocating to the DFW area or other parts of the state. A large number of customers have relied on Carroll multiple times for their home loans. Many borrowers have commented about Carroll’s willingness to take whatever time was necessary to fully and expertly answer questions concerning qualifying, loan programs and loan rates, as well as making sure they were comfortable with and informed about the entire loan approval process. 

Carroll also serves ViewPoint Bankers Mortgage as one of its Executive Vice Presidents. He has a Banking and Finance degree from Abilene Christian University and is married, with two school aged sons at home.
